A: Normally within 30-35 days after receiving T/T deposit, the specific delivery time depends on the items and detail quantity of your order.

A: Generally, goods is packed in corrugated carton with our standard shipping mark on it. It is also workable if you want your logo on the packing, the extra cost of printing will be charged.
 

Q4: Can you produce according to the customers' samples? And what is your sample policy?
A: Yes, we can build the molds and fixtures by your technical drawings and produce by your samples. Our products can be also supplied as sample when you had new order and confirmed the sample fee and freight.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF

A: Yes, we have CE, CUPC for the bathtubs, and 3C, Ansi for the shower glass.

A: Yes, we have quality control system to make sure products delivered perfect, and show you the photos of the products and packages before delivery.

A: First, pls send us the photos or videos of the issued products and order number so that we can confirm with our technician to avoid the same problem happen later; Second, we will match the replacement parts in your next order, or send the parts to you by express if urgent.

A: A best quotation will be offered according to your specific requirement, such as model, quantity etc. We will also develop some model on promotion aperiodically.
